Footarena rents premium soccer facilities from 5119 Overland Dr, Roanoke, VA 24018, United States. We offer natural grass and artificial turf, including 11v11 pitches, 7v7 fields, and 5v5 arenas, with lighting, changing rooms, parking, and spectator space where the booked facility includes them.
We keep prices and availability as current as we can, but weather, maintenance, and earlier reservations can change what is open. Any extra fee is explained before you confirm. Site text describes fields and rental options. It is not a promise that every surface will look identical on every date, a guarantee of match results, or a substitute for your own safety judgment. Private stewards or special event staffing may be priced separately.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
These terms cover the website and rentals for matches, training, leagues, youth sessions, corporate gatherings, and tournaments. A paid booking is firm only after written confirmation and a receipt. The demo form checks entries in the browser and does not reserve a field by itself. You must be able to enter a contract, or a parent or guardian must approve the request. Guests under 18 need an adult to complete the booking. We may refuse a request that looks unsafe, false, or abusive. Do not share a confirmation code outside your group, and a club booking must come from someone with authority to commit that club.
2. Content and intellectual property
Text, photographs, logos, diagrams, and page design belong to Footarena or the relevant rights holders. You may view them while planning a rental for personal, non-commercial use. Republishing rate cards, photos, or articles without permission is not allowed. Materials prepared by Marcus Hale and Elena Brooks remain our intellectual property unless a written note says otherwise. League and equipment names belong to their owners and do not show a partnership. Copying full pages or scraping the site is not allowed. If you send a review or a match photo, you allow us to display it with our rentals. Do not use the Footarena name to imply an endorsement we have not given.
3. Rentals, fees, and booking rules
Prices and included items appear on the Rates page and may change for future bookings. A confirmed booking keeps the price stated in that confirmation. An hourly rental covers the stated field and the stated clock time. Commercial tournaments may require the Event rate. Prices are in United States dollars. A date change requested at least 48 hours ahead may be accepted when another slot is open. Refunds follow our written note. Offer codes have no cash value. Taxes follow Virginia and United States rules.
If rain makes grass unsafe, we may offer turf, a new time, or a credit, confirmed in writing. Please leave when your hour ends. A no-show may forfeit the fee.
4. Field condition, accuracy, and safety
Tell us your group size, surface preference, age range, and access needs so we can suggest a field. We maintain pitches with care, yet we are not responsible for late arrivals or weather we cannot control. Comparing field sizes does not promise a win or injury-free play. If a note on the site is wrong, tell us and we will correct good-faith errors. A rental is not medical advice. Warm up, wear suitable shoes, and supervise minors. Glass, vehicles on the pitch, and open flames are prohibited. You answer for the players and spectators you bring, and damage to goals, nets, lights, or fences may be billed at repair cost.
5. Acceptable use on the site and at the field
Do not disrupt the website, flood the form, or copy content in bulk. Harassment, hateful content, posting another person’s private data, and pretending to be our staff are prohibited. Do not upload harmful code or strain the site with automated requests. We may remove offending messages and pause booking rights after repeated misuse. Holding many slots without a real intent to play is not allowed. We may keep logs needed to investigate abuse or to meet a legal duty. These terms do not waive rights that consumer law protects. On the grounds, follow staff directions. Unsafe play or blocking another group can end your session without a refund. Pets stay off the playing surface unless we agree beforehand.
6. Limitation of liability
Field descriptions are provided as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, Footarena is not liable for indirect loss, including time lost because you arrived late, device failure, or a third-party outage. For paid rentals, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for that booking, unless the law requires a higher cap. We do not promise that the website will always be available. Severe weather or an official order may delay outdoor play. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where the law forbids that limit. We do not insure personal equipment, and parking remains at the owner’s risk to the extent the law allows.
7. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these Terms. The version on this page, with its date, is the current one. If a change materially reduces a benefit already paid for, we will honor the earlier description for that confirmed booking. These Terms follow the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable United States law. Venue lies in the courts of Roanoke, Virginia, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
